Here, we see her idolisation & idealisation of the therapist. There is a sense that she is not exactly in love with the therapist himself, but with the image she has conjured of him.
We do not need to tell you this is problematic.
It is of course, not an easy task -- it should be handled sensitively, with care for her likely discomfort, but it is very important that this attraction is not taken further, on either side.
